Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges:
Return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers:
For orders shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to return items without providing a reason.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved.
